Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Hsoe & Soul website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time — continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Products & Availability

All products are handmade in limited quantities. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are as accurate as possible, but slight variations in colour and texture may occur due to the handmade nature of our garments and differences in screen calibration.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is collected in full at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through our payment provider.

In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it enters our production queue promptly. Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing an order by contacting us at hello@hsoeandsoul.com. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation as work may have already begun.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide from Chiang Mai, Thailand. Delivery times are estimates only and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Because each garment is handmade to order, we are unable to offer refunds on change-of-mind purchases. We will gladly exchange or issue store credit where the item is faulty or not as described.

Custom or made-to-measure orders are final sale.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photography, copy, brand identity, and design — is the property of Hsoe & Soul and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission. Unauthorised use of our content is a violation of copyright law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hsoe & Soul shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of our products for any particular purpose beyond what is described on our site.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.
